VolunteerCorps Meeting – Thursday, March 21, 2013

Come to PAM’s VolunteerCorps meeting to learn about short- and long-term volunteer opportunities with Minnesota’s statewide preservation non-profit!

Our meeting will kick off with an EXCLUSIVE TOUR of Redeemer Missionary Baptist Church, the Prairie School-style masterpiece by Purcell and Feick that received a national award for its restoration in 2001. For newbies and experienced preservationists alike, this church is an inspiration — and a great place to talk about what we do, why, and how you can help.

After our tour, we’ll get down to business and do some planning and volunteer recruitment for the next several months’ worth of programs and events, including our fourth-annual (Anti)Wrecking Ball, our Historic Pub Crawl Series, and the Minnesota Preservation Gala & Awards.

Meeting Details:

Thursday, March 21, 2013
6:15 – 8:00 PM
116 East 32nd Street, Minneapolis (Parking is available behind the building, off Stevens.)
